The Advance Project aims at fostering the global competencies of disadvantaged women to contribute to their social inclusion and employability. Advance Project has a strategic focus on women facing vulnerability due to their migrant background, cultural differences as well as low socai economic status due to their different backgrounds. The second target group of the Advance Project is professionals working with adults; The professionals that are working in the field of adult training, such as trainers, career counsellors, social workers, intercultural mediators will be the secondary target group of the project. The project has five main activities;
A1- Creating training content for disadvantaged women on;

A2- Creating training content for adult trainers working with disadvantaged women on;

A3- Providing trainings to disadvantaged women as piloting;
The partners reached around 50 disadvantaged women and provide training using the content from A1.
A4- Creation of e-learning platform and testing the content and platform with adult trainers;
The training content for both women and adult trainers were uploaded to the project platform as an open online course.
A5- Management Activities;
In order to have smooth implementation on the project activities, the partners implemented management activities.
